This policy explains payment methods and refund terms on Torjoman.
Payment methods
Payments are made online through the iyzico gateway using credit/debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Currency & pricing
Prices are shown and charged in the currency indicated on the order. The price is calculated automatically by document type, page count and required certification.
Order confirmation
Work on your translation begins after payment is completed successfully, and your order appears in your account as "Paid".
Cancellation & refund
An order may be cancelled and fully refunded before work begins. Once work has started, the amount for completed work is non-refundable. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within the period defined by the payment provider.
Delivery
Delivery is digital via your account and/or shipping of the paper copy on request, depending on the chosen service.
